Terms & Conditions
All of the products that are sold on Chloe’s will have warranty. During the warranty period we will compensate you for any manufacturing defects in the product.
Before any compensation can be paid Chloe’s must be provided the opportunity to inspect the product. It is at Chloe’s sole discretion if we choose to exercise this right. Chloe’s will have the final say if any new product will be issued.
Right of Return
When you purchase from Chloe’s you will have 14 days right of return starting from the day you received the product. If you choose to exercise your right of return, you must clearly indicate that you wish to do so. Your 14-day period right of return starts on the date you received your purchase.
When you return a product, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. You may not use the product, although you naturally may carefully inspect it. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence on your part, you forfeit your right of return.
When making a return, you must return everything that was included in the original delivery, including, but not limited to, all packaging used any extra gifts provided and the purchased product.
Cost of returns
Chloe's always offers free returs, not matter the reason for the retur.
If you wish to make a return, please contact our customer support.
Chloe’s reserves the right to debit the customer 15.90GBP for each unclaimed parcel.
Refund of returned products
If you have made a return to Chloe’s, we will refund your purchase price within 30 days from the day we received your return. If you have made a return to us, you are responsible for any return freight charges incurred when returning the product.
Additional information concerning Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
If any of the products purchased from Chloe’s came with a seal, nad you break this seal you forfeit your right of return. If the product was delivered without a seal, you are allowed to carefully inspect the products. You are not allowed to use the products, and you must be able to return the products in the same condition as they were delivered to you.
Chloe’s is based in the United Kingdom, but in case of any disputes it is our policy to follow the customers national consumer protection laws and any recommendations issued by the customers national consumer advocacy groups or government sanctioned consumer protection agencies.
Chloe’s denies all responsibility for the hair if the hair is colored or bleached as we cannot guarantee the outcome no matter which method or methods is used.
Chloe’s Europe Limited follows all the relevant national privacy and data protection laws in all countries in which Chloe’s Europe Limited operates. When you as a customer register at Chloe’s you accept that we will store your information. But, you have the right to take part in any information we have stored in accordance with all national laws.
Price and Payment
Chloe’s is based in the United Kingdom, and all prices listed on this website are including UK VAT. The price you see in the checkout is including all cost, you will not have to pay anything above the cost displayed in the checkout if you are based in the EU,
If you are based outside of the EU, it is possible that some customs fees or VAT will be payable when the goods enter the country, but unfortunately you as the customer will have to pay these yourself.
Choice of law
Chloe’s is based in the United Kingdom, and as such the applicable law is UK law. The above withstanding, Chloe’s pledges to always follow the national consumer protection laws and recommendations by national consumer advocacy groups and government sanctioned consumer protection agencies of the customers country.
These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between You and Chloe’s Europe Limited. Under this agreement, the goods or services purchased on this website will be delivered directly to you by Chloe’s Europe Limited.
You as the customer have an obligation to read and accept these terms before making the purchase.
